Specialty Surgeon Veterinarian - Manhattan

The Role

Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up and is seeking a motivated Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform soft tissue and orthopedic procedures on an outpatient basis
• Perform consultations for Bond clients as well as referrals from external hospitals
• Partner with our Bond General Practice and Urgent care providers, creating a complete ecosystem for surgery and long term follow up
• [As Interested] Engage in our active teaching programs to help new graduates learn surgery and our experienced practitioners hone their skills (this will include philanthropy opportunities!)

Qualifications

• Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
• Board certification or residency-trained and licensed in good standing or be able to obtain licensure to practice as a veterinary professional in New York and/or New Jersey State.
• DEA licensure and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certificate if needed for all states for clinics under supervision.

Pay

Salary Range: $220,000 – $275,000 annually with above market production. Exact salary will be dependent on the candidate’s schedule, skills, location and experience level.
