Specialty Services - Construction Cleaner

About the role

Elite Building Services is looking to add new faces to our Specialty Services team as a Construction Cleaner. Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The schedule for this position is ever changing; flexibility to change days and hours regularly is a big part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Power washing
• Construction site cleaning
• Commercial building/office cleaning

Role requirements

• 1 year of experience preferred but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
• Ability to bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk and sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders

Skills

Janitorial duties and floor care are essential for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Daily tasks involve using various cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure all areas are hygienic and presentable. Knowledge of safety procedures is crucial when operating machinery, ensuring that all tasks are performed without risk to oneself or others.

Pay

$19.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule

Days or evening hours vary at the discretion of our clients. Travel to various sites in Southeast Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Delaware is required.
