Specialty Pharmacy Technician Liaison

About the role

The Specialty Pharmacy Technician Liaison is a key team member responsible for frontline delivery of specialty pharmacy services within an integrated care model. The role focuses on supporting patients with complex conditions to achieve optimal outcomes through exceptional pharmacy care.

Responsibilities

• Support patients with complex conditions to achieve optimal outcomes through exceptional pharmacy care
• Collaborate effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders
• Develop and implement processes quickly and accurately
• Define future operational protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree or healthcare-related degree (e.g., nursing, social work) preferred
• Knowledge of benefits investigation, prior authorization processes, and patient financial assistance programs preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in standard workplace software (e.g., MS Office)
• Experience with Pharmacy Dispensing Systems (e.g., Enterprise Rx) preferred
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (e.g., Cerner) preferred

• Self-starter with the ability to develop and implement processes quickly and accurately

Pay

• *Salary range provided to comply with New Jersey Law
• *The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.
