Specialty Pharmacy Technician

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with clinic teams to deliver hands-on patient care.
• Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty and retail prescriptions.
• Conduct refill reminders, resolve insurance issues, and support financial assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.

What You Need:

• State-registered Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician; High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
• Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset

Pay:

An employee in this position who performs the job duties in Michigan can expect a salary rate between $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 (Hourly Equivalent: Approximately $24.03 - $28.84 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.) plus bonus pursuant to the terms of an any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
