About the role

The role is responsible for managing the pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy including inventory management and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding pharmaceuticals and patient care.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of medications.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and quality control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Current license to practice pharmacy.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
