Specialty Manager
About the role
This is a regional leadership role responsible for multi-location oversight, provider support, production performance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership for Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontics teams
- Oversee multi-site specialty clinic operations
- Drive production, KPI performance, and scheduling optimization
- Manage and optimize specialty provider schedules across locations
- Parellel with specialty providers to support workflow efficiency and clinic performance
- Collaborate with General Practice Managers to strengthen referral integration
- Track performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of specialty team members
- Participate in leadership planning and strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
3+ years of healthcare or dental management experience preferred
Experience managing teams and performance metrics
Strong operational planning and scheduling skills
Ability to lead across multiple locations
Strong communication and provider relationship skills
Self-driven with high accountability
Ability to travel between Northern Nevada clinics
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Qualifications
Specialty Dental Experience Is Preferred But Not Required.
