Responsibilities
- Developing automation related software development products in support of test and verification tasks and requirements
- Conducting Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) assessments
- Designing and verifying reliability, availability, maintainability (RAM) requirements
- Utilizing systems engineering tools such as DOORS
Requirements
- Must possess a current, in-scope Secret or higher security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 5+ years of related experience, a Masters Degree and 3+ years of related experience, or 1+ year of related experience with a PhD
- Experience with Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) assessments
- Experience with software architecture and design
- Experience with the development and verification of RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) requirements
- Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions
- Capable of working both independently and within a team environment
- Able to work up to 10% of the time traveling to support business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience within Reliability and Maintainability discipline
- Experience with risk analysis and risk management
- Experience within a missile-defense or missile systems program
Pay
Salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
