Responsibilities

  • Developing automation related software development products in support of test and verification tasks and requirements
  • Conducting Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) assessments
  • Designing and verifying reliability, availability, maintainability (RAM) requirements
  • Utilizing systems engineering tools such as DOORS

Requirements

  • Must possess a current, in-scope Secret or higher security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 5+ years of related experience, a Masters Degree and 3+ years of related experience, or 1+ year of related experience with a PhD
  • Experience with Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) assessments
  • Experience with software architecture and design
  • Experience with the development and verification of RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) requirements
  • Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions
  • Capable of working both independently and within a team environment
  • Able to work up to 10% of the time traveling to support business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within Reliability and Maintainability discipline
  • Experience with risk analysis and risk management
  • Experience within a missile-defense or missile systems program

Pay

Salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
