We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Include only sections when posting has real specific content. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Applicant must reside within the sales territory. Territory includes: Virginia, DC Metro, North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, Eastern Georgia, and South Carolina. Applicant will ideally live in: Washington, DC // Raleigh, NC // Charleston, SC - The Specialty Development Executive (SDE-CRC) is responsible for effectively communicating and promoting the clinical and economic value of ColoSense® colorectal cancer screening test to healthcare providers, including family practitioners, internists, OB/GYNs, and gastroenterologists within an assigned geographic territory. In addition to driving product adoption, the SDE-CRC provides ongoing education and support to healthcare professionals in office and hospital settings. This role also includes strategic business planning and development to support the growth of current and future product lines. - Responsibilities: list of bullet points. - Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. - Qualifications: list of bullet points. - SCHEDULE: This is a salaried position, requiring at least 40 hours per week. There may be projects that require activities beyond the standard hours. Note: This position requires up to 50-70% travel. Employees in this role must be able to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, and be comfortable working independently on the road. - Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range: $130,000 - 140,000/annually, determined based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and abilities. Quarterly Commission Earnings Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k (with employer match), and paid time off. Company Stock Options - Additional Information: Geneoscopy's Core Values etc. Might be considered boilerplate? It's values; maybe we can include as part of About the role? But we need to decide. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have: - About the role: description of role (first paragraph after territory). Could also include territory residence requirement? Might be part of Requirements? Actually territory residence is a requirement (must reside within sales territory). Could be under Requirements. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: Education Requirements (Bachelor's degree required) plus territory residence requirement? Possibly also "Applicant must reside within the sales territory." That's a requirement. Also "Applicant will ideally live in: Washington, DC // Raleigh, NC // Charleston, SC" maybe preference. - Qualifications: list of qualifications. - Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: persuasion, influence, strategic communication, ability to interpret scientific literature, multitask, etc. But we have a separate Skills section; we could put skills there if there is explicit skills list. The posting does not have a separate "Skills" heading; but we can create a Skills section if we have substantive content. The qualifications list includes many skill-like items. Could treat them as Qualifications, and Skills maybe empty; but we should not create empty sections. So we may omit Skills if no explicit skills list. However we could derive skills from qualifications but that might be summarizing. Better to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. There's no explicit "Skills" heading, but we could still create a Skills section if we have skill-related content that is not covered elsewhere. But risk of inventing. Safer to omit Skills. - Benefits: list health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k (with employer match), paid time off, Company Stock Options. - Pay: Base salary range: $130,000 - 140,000/annually, plus Quarterly Commission Earnings. - Schedule: 40 hours/week, may require beyond standard hours, up to 50-70% travel, frequent travel, short notice, independent work. We also have "Other duties as assigned." That's part of responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact phrasing? We can rephrase but must preserve meaning. Probably okay to keep as is. We need to format as HTML fragment: use

    for section headings,
    • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide which content goes into which section. Let's outline:

      About the role

The Specialty Development Executive (SDE-CRC) is responsible for effectively communicating and promoting the clinical and economic value of ColoSense® colorectal cancer screening test to healthcare providers, including family practitioners, internists, OB/GYNs, and gastroenterologists within an assigned geographic territory. In addition to driving product adoption, the SDE-CRC provides ongoing education and support to healthcare professionals in office and hospital settings. This role also includes strategic business planning and development to support the growth of current and future product lines.

Maybe also include territory info? Could be part of About the role: "Applicant must reside within the sales territory. Territory includes: Virginia, DC Metro, North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, Eastern Georgia, and South Carolina. Applicant will ideally live in: Washington, DC // Raleigh, NC // Charleston, SC". That seems like a requirement but could be part of About the role as well. However we have a Requirements section; better to put territory residence under Requirements. Thus About the role only the description.

      Responsibilities

      • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, driving maximum market penetration and product utilization within the assigned territory.
      • Serve as a subject matter expert on colorectal cancer screening options and testing modalities, educating healthcare providers on clinical value and best use cases.
      • Effectively network with offices and providers to operationalize the use of Geneoscopy testing services within and across healthcare systems.
      • Work with Geneoscopy's medical leadership to develop a network of thought leader champions and Key Opinion Leaders to support the use of Geneoscopy testing services.
      • Accurately forecast and manage assigned territory's book of business in alignment with a ninety-day quota cycle for existing, acquired, and future products, as directed by sales leadership.
      • Act as a strategic liaison between Geneoscopy and its partners, fostering strong collaboration to identify and develop new business opportunities.
      • Develop and execute territory-specific business plans for key accounts, including quarterly business reviews and ongoing strategic planning with customers.
      • Attend Quarterly Plan of Action meetings and actively contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
      • Effectively insulate existing business from competitive threats and work to regain lost accounts, while sharing market insights with sales and marketing teams.
      • Provide actionable field insights and feedback to sales leadership and marketing to help shape strategy and messaging.
      • Maintain structured, consistent communication with Geneoscopy sales leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and performance.
      • Collaborate effectively in a team-selling environment, partnering with internal and external channel partners to drive lead generation and strengthen customer relationships.
      • Leverage sales analytics, market data, and customer insights to inform strategy and uncover new growth opportunities.
      • Effectively manage time and resources, demonstrating strong business judgment, and consistently meet daily call expectations.
      • Partner with the marketing team to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, tools, and sales materials.
      • Represent Geneoscopy at local and national trade shows, industry events, and conferences, promoting products and building customer relationships.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Geneoscopy's CRM, ensuring timely documentation of all customer interactions and account updates.
      • Other duties as assigned.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree required.
      • Applicant must reside within the sales territory. Territory includes: Virginia, DC Metro, North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, Eastern Georgia, and South Carolina.
      • Applicant will ideally live in: Washington, DC // Raleigh, NC // Charleston, SC
But note: "Applicant will ideally live in:" is a preference, not a strict requirement. Still we can include.

      Qualifications

      • Possess a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in medical device or laboratory sales.
      • Previous experience with a product launch is strongly preferred.
      • Demonstrate a track record of consistently exceeding sales goals, with the ability to engage in consultative selling that uncovers and addresses individualized clinical needs through a data-driven approach.
      • Demonstrate strong skills in persuasion, influence, and strategic communication.
      • Exemplify the proven ability to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate complex scientific literature, integrating clinical data into the sales process.
      • Possess successful working experience in both in-person and virtual environments.
      • Exemplify the ability to multitask and thrive in an agile, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
      • Possess proficient verbal and written communication skills, while willing to share and receive information and ideas from all levels of the organization to achieve the desired results.
      • Possess high ethics and conduct business in the most professional manner.
      • Seek inclusiveness and collaboration, but step up to responsibility, make tough decisions, and be accountable for those decisions.
      • Act as a results-oriented team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with colleagues.
We could also include "Education Requirements" as part of Requirements; we already have Bachelor's degree. Now Benefits:

      Benefits

      • health insurance
      • vision insurance
      • dental insurance
      • life insurance
      • 401k (with employer match)
      • paid time off
      • Company Stock Options
      Pay:

      Pay

      • Base salary range: $130,000 - $140,000 annually, determined based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, and abilities.
      • Quarterly Commission Earnings
      • Schedule

    • This is a salaried position, requiring at least 40 hours per week.
    • There may be projects that require activities beyond the standard hours.
    • Note: This position requires up to 50-70% travel.
    • Employees in this role must be able to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, and be comfortable working independently on the road.
We should not include "Additional Information" like Core Values etc. That's boilerplate? It's values but maybe considered substantive? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Core Values may not be boilerplate but it's not a standard section like About the role etc. Could be considered part of About the role? But we already have About the role; adding values may be extra. However we could include a section "Company Culture" but not in allowed headings. So we omit. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The territory residence and ideal locations are captured. The responsibilities list captured all bullet points. Education captured. Qualifications captured. Benefits captured. Pay captured. Schedule captured. We omitted "Other duties as assigned" but we included as a responsibility bullet. Check for duplicated lines: none. Now output HTML fragment only
