Specialty Coordinator – Operating Room

About the role

Lead specialty case coordination for the OR, owning equipment readiness, vendor relationships, and staff competency for a specific surgical service line.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and readiness for a specialty surgical service line
• Coordinate with vendors on equipment, implants, and instrumentation
• Develop and maintain staff competency for specialty procedures
• Serve as a clinical resource during complex or novel cases
• Partner with surgeons and OR leadership on process improvement

Requirements

• Current Nebraska RN license or active compact state license
• BLS certification required; CNOR strongly preferred
• 3+ years perioperative experience, including specialty service lines
• Comfortable leading without direct reporting authority

Pay
