Coordinator Clinical Specialist - Operating Room

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership role through clinical practice, supervision, teaching, and research.
• Facilitates and encourages an environment of self-directed work teams.
• Collaborates and cooperates with care team members to ensure continuity of patient care, quality of care, and the maintenance of productive employee relations between staff members.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Possess minimum of 3 years related unit experience.
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of demonstrated leadership performance.
• Demonstrated experience in team building skills, self-directed work teams.

Preferred

• Certified in Unit Specialty Organization.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Field.
