About the Role

Lead and coordinate daily ambulatory surgery center operating room operations, including patient flow, staff assignments, and case preparation. Ensure adherence to infection prevention and regulatory standards. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support teams to enhance on-time starts, quality outcomes, and patient experience. Support staff competency development, education, and process improvements within a team-oriented, community-focused environment.
