About the Role
The Specialty Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for utilizing the nursing process and Baptist Health training to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care. This role demands demonstration of clinical competence and critical thinking. The Coordinator manages service coordination for their assigned area and acts as a resource for the primary nurse and other team members.
Qualifications and Experience
- RN with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Arkansas
- Minimum of two years of experience
- Healthcare CPR required
- Some areas may require ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS (training provided)
- Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education
This job is authorized for 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
