Responsibilities

• Prioritize patient needs and maintain rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health.
• Lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides), inspiring and empowering them to deliver exceptional care.
• Passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.
• Embody confident leadership, master tough conversations with grace, and excel as an educator at heart.
• Exceptional communication will transform every interaction into a powerful opportunity to elevate understanding and drive superior patient outcomes.
• Assess patient, collect appropriate data, and perform testing to prepare patients for physician visits.
• Maintain patient flow through the clinic.
• Forward test results and documentation to physicians for review; execute orders as received.
• Notify patients of test results and ensure appropriate follow-up per protocol.
• Timely respond to all patient care inquiries.
• Complete patient refills as requested by both patient and pharmacy, ensuring appropriate labs are ordered per protocol.
• Provide patient and family/caregiver education.

Job Requirements

• Required: Associate of Nursing or Bachelor's of Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN): GA, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
