As our Speciality Clinic RN, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence. Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You will provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, consult with other specialists as required, and adjust nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care. This includes performing a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy, assessing and reassessing pain and pain management techniques utilized, educating the patient and family regarding pain management, demonstrating knowledge of cardiac monitoring, identifying dysrhythmias, assisting the physician(s) with office procedures, maintaining medical and surgical asepsis, and maintaining medical equipment; disinfecting and sterilizing instruments.

Job Requirements

• Required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.

Pay Range

$26.70 - $39.71 /hour
