Specialty Business Manager, Derm - Pittsburgh E, PA

For our client, we are seeking a Specialty Business Manager, Derm - Pittsburgh E, PA to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote field-based role will focus on driving specialty sales performance across dermatology accounts while serving as a trusted partner to healthcare providers and decision-makers. The position will combine clinical education, strategic account management, and market development to help expand product adoption and support business growth in the assigned geography. It also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver strong execution, onboarding, and ongoing customer engagement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $192,500 annually Responsibilities Support onboarding through comprehensive education. Engage in clinical sales and enhance customer knowledge. Coordinate clinical education programs for HCPs. Manage accounts in dermatology practices and clinics. Achieve sales objectives by delivering product volume. Establish relationships with healthcare decision-makers. Present complex clinical information to HCPs and stakeholders.
