About the role
The primary location for this role is HENDERSON with work locations at WEBB and DEL MS. The program involves a 1:1 aide relationship.
Responsibilities
- Support students with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist with daily classroom activities and routines
- Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and needs
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to students
- Help implement classroom strategies and interventions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Nevada driver’s license
- Experience working with children with special needs preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
