Responsibilities

• Support children's education daily
• Handle multiple situations effectively
• Assist in creating a supportive learning environment

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and engage in physical activity with children

Qualifications

• Ability to assume postures in low levels for physical and visual contact with children
• See and hear well enough to keep children safe
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

Pay

Range of pay: $18.85 - $50.95 hourly. In the state of Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium is provided on all classroom hours worked through the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.
