Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple situations effectively.
• Support children’s education and development through research-backed, accredited programs.
• Build community and foster relationships with families, colleagues, and diverse communities.
• Maintain physical and visual contact with children to ensure their safety and engagement.
• Assume postures at low levels to interact with children and participate in physical activities with them.
• Communicate clearly in English with children and parents.

Requirements

• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
• Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency.
• Good vision and hearing to ensure children’s safety.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
