Responsibilities
- Support children's education daily
- Experience the challenges and joys of working with young learners and their families
- Work with a supportive team to ensure the safety and well-being of children
- Assist in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Engage in physical activities and maintain visual contact with children
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
- Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements
- Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role
- Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and engage in physical activity with children
- Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
