Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional early education and child care experiences for children and families.
• Build community and foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Engage in physical activities with children while ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assume postures in low levels to maintain physical and visual contact with children.
• Communicate effectively with children and parents in English.

Requirements

• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
• Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency.
• See and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage in physical activity with them.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
