Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional early education and child care in a variety of settings, including KinderCare Learning Centers, Champions, or Crème de la Crème.
- Engage in physical activity with children, including assuming low postures to maintain visual and physical contact.
- Ensure the safety of children through keen observation and effective communication.
- Communicate clearly with children and their parents in English.
- Multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively while maintaining strong organizational skills.
Requirements
- Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements.
- Meet state-specific Pre-K guidelines for the role.
- Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency.
- Able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage in physical activity with them.
- Read, write, understand, and speak English fluently.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
