Specialized Business/Systems Analyst

About the Role

As a Specialized Business/Systems Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice, dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change, and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives. This is a 4+ month hybrid role based in MO-Ballwin, requiring 3-4 days onsite.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations
• Determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve systems
• Serve as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
• Identify, document, report, and track system issues
• Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
• Project manage the design, development, and implementation of AI capabilities and Salesforce platform enhancements
• Act as subject matter expert on Salesforce and AI implementation, advising stakeholders on best practices and solution design
• Gather and document requirements from all stakeholder groups to define access personas, platform enhancements, and automation for Opportunity, Contacts, and related Salesforce objects
• Design and build the technical structure needed to deliver new capabilities
• Define and implement platform health metrics and monitoring to validate new functionality performs as designed post-launch
• Develop governance documentation to sustain the access framework, enhancements, and automation going forward

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applicable specialized skills

Pay

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
