Teach Lead Inspire is seeking Specialists for the 2026-27 School Year in Albemarle County Public Schools. Early contracts are available.

Responsibilities

• Engage in culturally responsive teaching practices.
• Collaborate with building administrators, instructional coaches, and other professionals to support student learning and development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills and knowledge.
• Support the unique needs of students through innovative and reflective teaching methods.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in your content area and instructional practices.
• Passionate about connecting with students and families.
• Able to engage with ACPS's Culturally Responsive Teaching model.
• Strong instructional support and mentoring from various ACPS resources.
