About the role
As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will bring Sherweb’s event strategy to life. Working closely with event marketing strategists and growth marketing managers, you will coordinate the operational execution of webinars, trade shows, roadshows, partner events, and Sherweb-hosted experiences. From logistics to vendor coordination, event preparation, and participant support, you will play a key role in ensuring flawless execution and delivering an exceptional experience for our partners and clients.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to stay organized, solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the operational execution of webinars, trade shows, roadshows, and partner events.
- Manage logistics, vendors, venues, speakers, and event materials to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain event timelines, track deliverables, and support the preparation of multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive project progress and keep stakeholders informed.
- Support participant communications, registrations, and logistics before, during, and after each event.
- Monitor event budgets and handle administrative tasks, including purchase requests and reconciliations.
- Participate in post-event reviews and recommend improvements for future events.
- Contribute to developing processes, templates, and best practices to enhance operational excellence in events.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or experiential marketing.
- Experience coordinating in-person, virtual, or hybrid events.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating vendors, venues, or external partners.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to execution quality.
- Familiarity with event management platforms and marketing technologies.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance planning, organization, or productivity.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology sector marketing.
- Experience organizing events for partners or sales channels.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms or lead-capture tools.
- Experience with budget tracking and event expense reconciliation.
