Specialist, Trading Services II

About the role

This role is located in Berwyn, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact by performing daily trade processing and settlement, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a trade, contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the firm's policies and procedures, and working with internal teams to resolve breaks between internal accounts and external counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Performing daily trade processing and settlement, including Fixed Income and Equities
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a trade, ensuring accurate settlement between counterparties, and resolving fails to ensure compliance with settlement timelines
• Contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the firm's policies and procedures
• Working with internal teams to ensure breaks between internal accounts and external counterparties are resolved

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 3 – 5 years of total work experience preferred
• Operational investment management experience and knowledge of principles and practices within the investment management industry preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented, highly motivated, and a self-starter who works effectively in a team environment
