Specialist, Test & Evaluation II

About the role

Responsible for conducting test evaluations to ensure product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans to validate product functionality and reliability.
• Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Document test procedures and results in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in test evaluation or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with test equipment and software tools.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
