Specialist, Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Experienced Hire Recruiting

Our Sourcing team is focused on connecting the right talent to the right opportunities at the right time. This role partners closely with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies aligned to business needs and to build pipelines of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring demand. We are looking for a strategic, innovative professional who brings a proactive approach to candidate engagement, market research, and sourcing execution in a fast-paced environment. Work you'll do As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for: Executing sourcing strategies across assigned competency areas and industry lines while serving as a subject matter expert for those areasIdentifying prospects through multiple sourcing channels, including online engagement, and converting prospects into applicantsConducting initial outreach conversations and screening prospective candidatesPartnering with Recruitment Brand and Marketing teams to tailor and post recruitment campaignsMaintaining prospect databases and providing pipeline reporting on sourcing activityUsing market intelligence and research to inform Talent Acquisition strategies and advise business stakeholders A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The team The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full lifecycle recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business and then by type of hire, campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director/Leader recruiting. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or direct corporate salesExperience using sourcing tools and techniquesExperience using applicant tracking systemsExperience using Microsoft OfficeAbility to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Experience recruiting in a professional services or large corporate environmentExperience using applicant tracking system, Avature The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 to $121,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
