Join our academic Otolaryngology department to develop and lead a new Rhinology and Skull Base Division. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive general otolaryngology and specialized rhinology care while shaping the future of the division.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized rhinology and general otolaryngology care in a modern clinical setting.
• Oversee the establishment and growth of the Rhinology and Skull Base Division.
• Collaborate with a historic residency program to enhance clinical care and resident education.
• Develop division infrastructure, including protocols, workflows, and team coordination.
• Deliver patient-centered care and foster professional growth within an academic environment.

Requirements

• Fellowship training in Rhinology or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, clinical, and educational skills.
