Location & Schedule

Greenville, Texas – On‑site. 9/80 schedule with regular off every other Friday, 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Procure subcontracts and manage cost, schedule, and performance parameters.
• Implement sourcing strategies, assess supplier risk (including financial), and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for specialized materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, analyze and evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.
• Select or recommend subcontractors, write award documents, and administer resulting subcontracts.
• Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
• Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
• Select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve goals and objectives.
• May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Requirements

• Active DoD (in‑scope) Secret clearance.
• Extensive experience in procurement/subcontracts.
• Strong troubleshooting background within SAP.
• Expertise in negotiating both cost and terms and conditions.
• Solid understanding of FAR and DFAR regulations.
• Ability to negotiate supplier statements of work and tailor terms for specialized materials, equipment, and services.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience in procurement/subcontracts and SAP troubleshooting.
• Advanced negotiation skills for cost, terms, and conditions.
• Deep familiarity with FAR and DFAR compliance.
