About the Opportunity

The Specialist, Strategic Sourcing is responsible for supporting integrated facilities clients and internal stakeholders by optimizing managed services operations and sourcing strategies. This role drives strategic initiatives, manages supplier relationships, and ensures effective sourcing processes, contributing to cost savings, supplier consolidation, and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
  • Develop and implement standardized sourcing processes to streamline programs.
  • Create sourcing plans focused on cost savings, supplier consolidation, sustainability, and diversity.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver immediate and sustained benefits.
  • Lead sourcing functions including supplier due diligence, RFP execution, and transition management.
  • Provide regular updates to supply chain and business stakeholders.
  • Manage internal and external expectations related to RFPs, contracting, supplier onboarding, and operations.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers.
  • Support supplier relationship and performance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, risk management, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain data integrity and required documentation.
  • Cook up with legal and risk management on contract reviews and approvals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in services or indirect categories such as facility services.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Prominent customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Jaggaer or Ariba) is highly desired.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Estimated salary range: $93,500.00 – $110,000.00 USD per year. Final compensation is determined by candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal factors.
