Specialist, Strategic Sourcing

About the Role

Provide support for Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies. Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence of services operations; identify and lead appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management. Help build and implement standardized, efficient sourcing processes to streamline the current program.

Develop and execute a sourcing plan and strategy focused on cost savings, supplier consolidation, sustainability, and supplier diversity. Collaborate closely with clients and JLL’s Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits. Lead and manage all sourcing-related functions, including due diligence, RFP/bid execution, and supplier transition during implementation. Provide detailed status updates and communication to Supply Chain and business stakeholders.

Support operations teams in RFP/bid processes, contracting, supplier onboarding, and operational workflows. Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations, lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers, and support the Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs. Ensure compliance with JLL’s and the client’s sourcing, contracting, risk management, and ethics policies. Maintain data integrity in systems and ensure all documentation and process steps are completed. Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual compliance and formal review of terms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories (e.g., facility services).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional influence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Jaggaer or Ariba).
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
