Specialist, Strategic Sourcing

For our client, we are seeking a Specialist, Strategic Sourcing to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will drive sourcing execution across client transitions, with a strong emphasis on RFx processes, supplier evaluation, and disciplined tender management. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver timely sourcing outcomes that support project readiness and operational continuity. The position requires strong analytical judgment, negotiation skill, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,020 – $126,023 annually Responsibilities Lead multiple RFx processes during client transitions Develop comprehensive tender documentation and evaluation frameworks Coordinate supplier engagements and proposal evaluations Conduct thorough bid evaluations using quantitative and qualitative analysis Execute sourcing projects including due diligence and supplier assessments Monitor supplier performance and track sourcing milestones Drive independent sourcing outcomes within agreed timelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in RFx processes Proven end-to-end RFx campaign execution ability Technical proficiency in RFx methods and professional documentation Strong negotiation skills in complex stakeholder environments Proven capacity for managing tight project timelines Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
