    • Ensure all suppliers maintain compliance with contractual terms, service level agreements, and performance requirements
    • Monitor contract lifecycle milestones including renewals, amendments, and terminations
    • Partner with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms comply with requirements and receive formal approval

    • Maintain accurate work order data and service schedules; regularly validate data integrity to support operational execution and performance management
  • End-to-End RFx Leadership

    • Independently lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes from initiation through award and contract execution
    • Perform due diligence and assessment of prospective suppliers

    • Facilitate supplier communications and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement
    • Lead negotiations and prepare award recommendations

    • Maintain governance, documentation, and compliance throughout the process
    • Must be able to independently manage full RFx lifecycles without step‑by‑step oversight
  • Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including analysis of large and complex data sets
    • Analyze spend data, supplier performance metrics, and cost structures
    • Build and maintain data models, summaries, and evaluation tools
