About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with client goals
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure alignment between media and creative efforts
- Analyze campaign performance data to inform future strategy adjustments
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills
