About the role

The goal of Plan Administration is to meet the needs of Retirement Plan Services by providing the best client service possible as it relates to the recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. Specifically, a Specialist on the Receipts Team is responsible for executing high volume processing of daily receipts items with a high rate of accuracy. In addition, we are expected to manage relationships with internal business partners while ensuring absolute compliance with all regulations and requirements of ERISA Law.

Responsibilities

  • Manage volumes of Receipt related items while understanding the many operational processes within the group.
  • Respond to Client Service Team inquiries regarding payroll activities.
  • Maintain quality control and procedures.
  • Create process improvements in order to meet key deliverables and exceed client expectations.
  • Process employment retirement plan contributions received through payroll and accurately apply them within the recordkeeping system.
  • Flexibility and extreme attention to detail, initiative in researching tasks, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to meet multiple competing deadlines is vital to success in this position.
  • Crucial to success is the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, daily-deadline-driven environment coordinating activities of team members and processing transactions to achieve success with minimal errors.
