Specialist, Retail Supply - Renewables
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal disclaimer, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, application instructions. The posting includes sections: About us (maybe not needed as heading? It's not in list; we can include as
maybe under a generic intro? The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings if content exists. The posting has "About The Role" (that's a heading). It also has "Key Responsibilities". It has "Essential Education, Experience And Requirements". It has "Why Join Bp" (benefits). It has "Travel Requirement", "Relocation Assistance", "Remote Type". It has "Skills" list. It has "Legal Disclaimer" (to remove). It has "About us" (maybe we can keep as a paragraph before headings). The instruction: Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a short
for metadata like "Entity Supply, Trading & Shipping Job Family Group Supply & Trading Group". Probably we can drop it or include as a paragraph. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from sections: About us paragraph, About The Role paragraph, Key Responsibilities bullet list, Essential Education, Experience And Requirements bullet list, Why Join Bp paragraph (benefits), Travel Requirement, Relocation Assistance, Remote Type, Skills list. We must not include sections like Pay or Schedule if not present. The posting does not mention Pay or Schedule explicitly, so we should not create those sections. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use
for section headings. So we will have headings: About the role (maybe exactly "About The Role" but heading case? Use "About the role" as per instruction). Responsibilities (maybe "Key Responsibilities" but heading should be "Responsibilities"). Requirements (maybe "Essential Education, Experience And Requirements" but heading "Requirements"). Qualifications? The posting does not have a separate qualifications section; the requirements cover qualifications. Should we add Qualifications heading? Only if posting has real specific content for it. It doesn't have a separate qualifications section, so we should not emit Qualifications heading. Skills: we have a Skills list, so we can have Skills
. Benefits: we have "Why Join Bp" describing benefits, so we can have Benefits
. Pay: none, skip. Schedule: none, skip.
We also might include an introductory paragraph about "About us". Not a heading per list, but we can just put a
before headings. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal disclaimer, equal opportunity, etc. So remove those paragraphs. We need to preserve all substantive info from those sections. Let's extract content: About us paragraph: "Our purpose is to bring together people, energy and markets to power and navigate a changing world. In a time of constant change and possibility we need new talent to pursue commercial opportunities, fueled by world-class insight and expertise. We’re always striving for more innovative digital solutions, sustainable outcomes and closer collaboration across our company and beyond, and you could be part of that too. Together we continue to grow as the world’s leading energy company!" About The Role paragraph: "The Specialist, Retail Supply - Renewables will play a pivotal role in the execution and optimization of renewable power purchase agreements ("PPA")). This position requires a sharp analytical mind, strong commercial competence, and exceptional cross-functional coordination skills to drive value for BP's renewables portfolio." Key Responsibilities bullet list (each line starts with a verb). We need to preserve each bullet as
- each skill? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should treat the skills as a list. The list includes many items: "Agreements and negotiations, Analytical Thinking, Commercial Acumen, Commercial Business Development, Continuous Learning, Customer promise execution, Customer service delivery excellence, Deal modelling and valuation, Developing and implementing strategy, Influencing, Internal alignment, Listening, Loyalty Management, Marketing strategy and programmes, Negotiating value, Negotiation planning and preparation, Partner relationship management, Presenting, Thought Leadership, Trade discipline and compliance, Trading Fundamentals, Sentiment and Trends, Trading knowledge, Writing skills". We'll split by commas and trim.
We must not include boilerplate like "Legal Disclaimer". So remove that.

after skills or before? They are minor metadata; we can fold into a short
. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
