Specialist - Quality & Compliance

Responsibilities

• TSA-related record auditing, data entry, and Monitoring (to include KSMS, STA, and Authorized Representative compliance)
• Input and development of compliance-related system resources, including Sites/Databases, Internal Audits, Training, and other systems in order to support the company’s overall compliance with TSA and export-related regulations.
• To help support improvement and understanding in the use of the Sites/Databases and various systems used as part of our Compliance Management efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Associates, Bachelors or Equivalent/Related Industry experience
• Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of MS Office Products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Capability to handle Sensitive Security information (SSI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
• Capability to schedule, organize and work independently
• Regulatory & Industry knowledge preferred
• Strong Teamwork skills

About the role

This position is 100% onsite at our El Segundo, CA office.

Pay

Salary: $60,000 - $ 84,000

Schedule

This position is predominantly sedentary office work, which involves sitting, typing, filing, and conversing on the phone.
