18 hours (0.5wte) - 2.5 days over Mon - Fri
About the role
The post holder will be based in one of Fife’s community hospitals and will work across the Glenrothes and North East Fife localities.
Responsibilities
- Organise and lead pulmonary rehabilitation classes
- Line manage a band 4 position
- Work with patients to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and promote self-management
- Lead classes in community hospital bases and at times in community venues
Requirements
- NHS pulmonary rehabilitation and respiratory experience
- Experience working with this patient group
- Associated assessment and treatment knowledge and skills
- A degree in Physiotherapy
- Registered with the HCPC
- CPD to support ongoing development
- Ability to travel throughout the area
- Public Holiday working is in operation (accept Christmas Day & New Years Day)

- Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
- Right to work in the UK

Pay
The salary is pro rata for part-time hours.
