Responsibilities

• Manage the incoming orders (IDOC, email, fax)
• Reviews and plans production schedules for Blow Molding, Offline Assemblies, Repack and Rework activities on a daily base
• Reviews exception messages daily and processes and expedites accordingly
• Reviews and analyzes MRP results for plausibility
• Ensures production orders are planned and meet inventory requirements
• Manages engineering changes for WIP and Finished Goods
• Balances inventory levels to meet internal and external requirements while minimizing inventory
• Troubleshoots inventory discrepancies
• Minimizes/eliminates need for premium freight
• Ensures excellent communication with all departments
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Ensures on-time delivery to customers, inventory accuracy, accurate production planning to meet customer requirements and inventory targets

Requirements

• 5+ years production planning experience, preferably in Automotive Industry
• Excellent computer skills, including SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant equivalent experience
