We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About Carvana (intro), About The Team And Position (description), What You'll Be Doing (list of duties), What You Should Know (requirements/qualifications), What We'll Offer In Return (benefits), Other Requirements (basic requirements), Legal stuff (EEO etc) which we should remove as boilerplate. Also we need to not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "SPECIALIST, PERKS + WELLBEING". We should not put that as heading. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (covers About Carvana and About The Team And Position). Could combine into one section. Then "Responsibilities" (What You'll Be Doing). Then "Requirements" or "Qualifications" (What You Should Know). Then "Benefits" (What We'll Offer In Return). Possibly "Skills" could be derived from requirements but we can just use Requirements. Pay and Schedule: not mentioned specifically (no salary numbers, schedule mentioned: located in Tempe, AZ headquarters, in office 5 days per week). That's schedule info: "in office 5 days per week". That is schedule detail. So we can include a Schedule section with that. Pay: they mention "Full-Time Salary Position with a competitive salary." That's vague but it's mention of salary. However rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "competitive salary" is vague but still some info. Is that considered filler? It's not a specific number, but it's still stating that it's a full-time salary position with competitive salary. Might be considered not specific enough? The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Full-Time Salary Position with a competitive salary." That's stating something about pay, albeit vague. I'd say we can include Pay section with that sentence. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be better to incorporate pay into Benefits or About the role. But they specifically have a Pay section heading option. Since we have some content, we could include Pay. But we need to avoid filler. "competitive salary" is somewhat generic but still a statement. I'd lean to include Pay. Schedule: we have "located in our Tempe, AZ headquarters, in office 5 days per week." That's schedule. Benefits: we have list. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can reorganize into sections. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove "Legal stuff" etc. We need to keep the core content: About Carvana paragraph, About The Team And Position paragraph, What You'll Be Doing (with sub-bullets), What You Should Know (list of requirements), What We'll Offer In Return (benefits list), Other Requirements (basic requirements like English proficiency, accommodations). Also location and schedule. We need to ensure we don't lose any detail. Let's extract content: About Carvana: "If you like disrupting the norm and are looking to join a company revolutionizing an industry then you will LOVE what Carvana has done for the car buying experience. Buying a car the old fashioned way sucks and we are working hard to make it NOT suck. I mean, have you seen our vending machine? We are looking for people who are excited to thrive in an environment of impactful change. Team spirit is evident at Carvana and everyday we let our passions and creativity foster innovation. We take big swings, set ambitious goals, and challenge each other to make data- and process-driven decisions in everything we do. We've been changing the game since 2013, and we're not taking our foot off the gas now." About The Team And Position: "The Specialist, Perks + Wellbeing is part of the Total Rewards team and owns the day-to-day of Carvana's Perks and Wellbeing offerings, from managing the vendors behind them to making sure Team Carvana knows about them, uses them, and loves them. You're the go-to person when a team member has a question about a perk, when a vendor needs a partner on our side, and when we need a fresh idea for getting the word out. You'll plan and run the events that bring our programs to life, including our Benefits + Perks Fair and onsite and offsite wellness events, and you'll own ongoing initiatives like our tenure recognition program and monthly wellness challenges. The ideal candidate is part relationship-builder, part project manager, and part creative marketer. You develop strong relationships with a diverse group of people and vendors, you're organized enough to keep a dozen things moving at once, and you find fun, creative ways to educate and engage team members, whether through an email, a Slack post, or a live event. You want people to know about all the great things available to them, and you're excited to play a significant role in making sure Carvana's perks and benefits deliver an amazing team member experience. This role works closely with all areas of the business, reports directly to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, and is located in our Tempe, AZ headquarters, in office 5 days per week." What You'll Be Doing (duties): We have headings: Vendor management, Running our perks offerings, Events, Communications, promotion + engagement, Programs + initiatives, plus "Other duties as assigned." We need to turn each bullet into list items. The content includes sentences with line breaks. We'll need to capture all details. Let's parse: Vendor management: - Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our perks and benefits vendors, building strong partnerships and holding vendors accountable to a great team member experience. - Lead regular vendor check-ins; track performance, utilization, and spend; and escalate and resolve service issues quickly. - Maintain vendor files, eligibility data, invoices, and program documentation so our offerings run smoothly. - Support contract renewals and help evaluate new vendors and offerings that could add value for Team Carvana. Running our perks offerings: - Become the subject matter expert on Carvana's perks and benefits so you can educate team members and solve problems fast. - Respond to Team Carvana inquiries across multiple inboxes and Slack channels with the highest level of service and urgency. - Manage day-to-day administration of our perks programs in partnership with vendors and other internal teams including Payroll, Accounting, Business Applications, HRIS, & Engineering. - Own issue resolution from start to finish: troubleshoot eligibility, access, and reimbursement issues, coordinate fixes with vendors, and follow through until the team member is taken care of. - Keep a pulse on utilization and feedback to spot offerings that need a boost, a fix, or a rethink. Events: - Supporting planning and executing our annual Benefits + Perks Fair, from vendor coordination, logistics, and promotion to day-of execution and follow-up. - Plan and run onsite and offsite wellness events that get team members moving, connecting, and taking care of themselves. - Manage event logistics end to end: vendors, space, budget, registration, materials, and post-event feedback, using what you learn to make the next one even better. - Support Perks, Total Rewards, Benefits + Open Enrollment activities and education sessions. Communications, promotion + engagement: - Build and manage communications for our perks, benefits, and wellbeing offerings, including our monthly wellness emails. - Write and design engaging, easy-to-understand communications across email, Slack, and in-person touchpoints. - Create and pitch new ideas for promoting our offerings across the company, reaching team members at HQ and across our sites. - Develop education resources like FAQs, one-pagers, and guides, and track engagement so we know what's landing. Programs + initiatives: - Run our tenure recognition program end to end: track milestones, coordinate with vendors on fulfillment, and make sure every team member is celebrated on time. - Design and run monthly wellness challenges through CarvanaFit: set the theme, launch it, track participation, and recognize winners. - Bring new ideas to the table for educating and engaging team members; pilot them, measure results, and scale what works. - Assist with special projects as needed. - Other duties as assigned. What You Should Know (requirements): List: - 2+ years' experience in any of the following: benefits, perks, wellbeing, HR programs, vendor or account management, event coordination, or internal communications. - Experience managing vendor relationships and holding partners accountable to results. - Experience planning and executing events, from small onsite activities to large fairs. - Strong writing skills and a knack for making information clear, fun, and engaging. - Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus. - Creative thinker who generates fresh ideas and can turn them into action. - Passion for helping people maximize their wellbeing and drive to create an amazing employee experience. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-volume, high-growth, fast-paced environment with changing priorities. - Highest level of customer service and sense of urgency. - Superior attention to detail and organizational skills. - Self-directed and proactive, comfortable owning programs from idea to execution. - Comfortable using data (participation, utilization, engagement) to show what's working and where to improve. - Consistently able to use ultimate discretion regarding confidential and sensitive personnel data. - Comfortable interacting with all levels of leaders including Executive-level. - Comfortable speaking to and energizing groups of people in person and over Zoom. What We'll Offer In Return (benefits): - Full-Time Salary Position with a competitive salary. - Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. - 401K with company match. - A multitude of perks including student loan payments, discounts on vehicles, benefits for your pets, and much more. - A great wellness program to keep you healthy and happy both physically and mentally. - Access to opportunities to expand your skillset and share your knowledge with others across the organization. - A company culture of promotions from within, with a start-up atmosphere allowing for varied and rapid career development. - A seat in one of the fastest-growing companies in the country. Other Requirements: - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. - Of course, we'll make any reasonable accommodations for those with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their jobs. We should also include location and schedule info from About The Team And Position: "located in our Tempe, AZ headquarters, in office 5 days per week." That could go under Schedule section. We also have Pay info: "Full-Time Salary Position with a competitive salary." That's also in benefits list but we could separate. We need to avoid duplication. The benefits list already includes that line. If we create a Pay section, we might duplicate. Better to keep Pay info within Benefits or maybe we can keep Pay section with that sentence and not duplicate in Benefits. But the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we put it only in Pay section and not also in Benefits, we still preserve it. However the benefits list also includes that line; if we remove it from Benefits we would be losing that detail from the benefits list (though it's still present elsewhere). The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; does that mean we cannot omit any piece of information, even if duplicated elsewhere
