Specialist, Package & Graphic Design

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in preparing brand and packaging design files according to established standards.
• Create and organize visual assets such as artwork, mock-ups, and print-ready files to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain and update brand guideline resources like templates, color palettes, and fonts as directed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales by providing design materials and coordinating file management.
• Create and support brand websites and digital platforms by preparing, updating, and overseeing visual assets aligned with established brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience or a strong design internship background.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and basic print production.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Solid understanding of the beauty industry, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Knowledge and understanding of digital asset creation and brand website development.

Pay Information

The anticipated compensation range is $21.50 - $39.75 USD per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
