Scope Of Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, and other channels using established strategies and templates
- Support assigned portfolios including community hubs and hyperlocal initiatives by coordinating campaign timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, clarify needs, and implement approved marketing requests
- Absorb audience segmentation and messaging using existing data and tools
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports to share results, trends, and recommendations
- Support testing and optimization efforts such as subject lines, content variations, and scheduling under direction
- Maintain marketing assets, calendars, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Ensure all materials align with YMCA brand standards, inclusion practices, and organizational policies
Collaboration & Communication
- Work in partnership with marketing leadership, program staff, and other departments to support marketing goals
- Participate in planning meetings and provide status updates on assigned work
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders regarding timelines and deliverables
Portfolio Responsibilities

Minimum And Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or preferred equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience
- Ability to develop campaign strategies, segment, and target audiences for engagement and conversion
- Hands-on experience with campaign execution and an expert grasp of audience segmentation, as well as integrated nurture and outbound campaigns
- Ability to achieve results by taking a proactive long-term view of business goals and objectives

- Reporting any items that may provide a health or safety hazard to staff, members or guests to your supervisor
- Following all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe in our facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of children
- Reporting any suspicious behavior and violation of policy and procedures to your supervisor
- Completing all child abuse prevention training as required
