Specialist - Marketing
Responsibilities
- Executes assigned marketing programs, campaigns, events, or channel activities end to end
- Produces marketing assets, content, and deliverables aligned to briefs and brand standards
- Captures inputs from internal partners, agencies, and vendors to support execution
- Tracks performance metrics and customer engagement; flags risks and opportunities
- Supports research and analysis activities including customer, market, and competitive inputs
- Maintains documentation, trackers, and system updates to ensure execution accuracy
- Applies continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and program quality
Qualifications
- Associates’ Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) - Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- Bachelor’s Degree - Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to own discrete workstreams with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of multi-channel marketing tactics and associated tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret basic performance data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Industry experience in technology, product manufacturing, or supply chain preferred
