Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst

About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis from discovery to delivery for complex initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to define business needs and actionable requirements
• Manage project scope and timelines across multiple initiatives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops for team alignment
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure solutions meet objectives
• Analyze and optimize business processes, enhancing efficiency
• Support testing phases to confirm solutions meet all requirements

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree with 2 years experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 4 years experience OR Associate’s degree with 8 years experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution design
• 3+ years with CRM platforms such as Salesforce; ability to translate business needs into system capabilities
• 3+ years experience with Customer Data Platforms, focusing on data models and segmentation
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking principles

Pay

$110,038 – $148,875 annually
