Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test procedures and test process documents
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on failures
- Perform failure trend analysis
- Perform engineering level debug on the product in test labs
- Reoccurring engineering related Test Readiness Reviews
- Maintain Government/Customer Furnished Equipment
- Manage tools and test equipment to support the production floor
- Test Machine Maintenance and repair
- Out-of-Tolerance reporting for test equipment
Requirements
- Secret level clearance or ability to obtain one
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- Inlieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience in python and other related languages
- Experience with lab safety and materials handling
- Experience with US government contracts and related procedures
- Experience with RF theory and transmission strategies
- Experience with test and measurement equipment and limitations
- Experience with chemical and mechanical engineering
- Proficiency with intergroup and intra group interactions and reporting
Pay
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
9/80 first or second shift (employee's work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked - and have every other Friday off)
