Responsibilities
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple content initiatives, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams on projects, ensuring alignment between production schedules and integrated campaign goals.
- Organize and tag creative files, track version histories, and maintain shared drives and content libraries that support transparency, accessibility, and collaboration across teams.
- Schedule and coordinate production schedules, team meetings, and cross-team communication to support timely delivery of high-impact content and campaigns.
- Format, upload, and publish content assets across SHRM’s digital channels in collaboration with DX, channel owners, and Marketing teams, aligning deliverables with audience targeting, campaign objectives, and KPIs.
- Partner with Content, Creative, Brand, and Marketing teams to route materials for review, gather approvals, and ensure alignment with SHRM’s brand, project goals, and strategic initiatives.
- Review content deliverables for accuracy, formatting, and brand consistency prior to publication.
- Support production and amplification of the Wednesday Webinar Series, coordinating topic-aligned follow-up communications and ensuring integration with ongoing content campaigns.
- Compile post-campaign metrics, content performance data, and production insights to inform continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Capture best practices, refine workflows, and contribute to operational enhancements that strengthen cross-team efficiency and collaboration.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing or related field. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in project coordination or management for marketing, content production, or digital media.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities with strong attention to detail and organizational follow-through.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Slack, or similar platforms; comfort with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital content formats including social, video, web, and email.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a collaborative team player who shares information clearly and in a timely manner.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities shift and timelines compress — remains focused and effective without sacrificing quality.
- Pivots quickly when project scope or direction changes, maintaining a positive, solutions-first attitude.
- Receives and integrates feedback professionally, treating input from leads and stakeholders as a tool for growth.
- Eager to learn the craft of production management and grow within a creative team.

Skills
- Physical requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and using office equipment. Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds as needed.

Pay
The hiring range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
Schedule
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote. Employees must be available during standard business hours, with core hours beginning between 8:00AM – 9:00AM and concluding between 5:00PM – 6:00PM.
