About the role

The role involves managing and enhancing the NEOGOV platform to ensure seamless job postings and applicant tracking systems. Responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of the platform, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with all data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and functionality of the NEOGOV platform
• Resolve technical issues related to job postings and applicant tracking systems
• Ensure compliance with all data protection regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of the platform

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT support
• Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Java, or PHP
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Linux operating system
• Experience with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Understanding of API integration and web services
• Good knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
