Specialist III, Quality (National IKC)
About the role
DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) is an integrated care division of DaVita Inc., focused on providing integrated care to all End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients in the US. We manage care for over 20,000 patients with late-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD) and ESRD monthly. Our mission is to improve patient quality of life, achieve better outcomes, and reduce the total cost of care through integrated care.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate care for patients with CKD and ESRD
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Contribute to the development and improvement of integrated care models
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Experience in managing patients with CKD and ESRD
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of ESRD and CKD management
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Pay
