About the role

Branch Delivery is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent client experiences across branch locations while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. The Universal Banker role responds to customers' needs by processing routine banking transactions at the teller window or on the platform under minimal supervision, providing flexible coverage for the branch, and engaging in a broad range of sales and service activities to deliver superior customer service.

Key Activities

• Managing day-to-day branch service operations
• Supporting client transactions
• Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all frontline banking activities
• Coaching and supporting branch teams to meet performance expectations
• Implementing process improvements that strengthen service delivery
• Monitoring operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance

Responsibilities

• Opening new accounts
• Handling teller transactions
• Marketing and cross‑selling bank products and services
• Resolving complex customer service issues
• Utilizing banking knowledge to identify additional sales and service opportunities
• Building rapport to engage prospects and enhance existing customer relationships
• Referring customers to other banking services and personnel as appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
• May require vocational or technical training
• Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience
• Ability to work under moderate supervision; routine problems may require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures
• Effective communication skills for explaining and interpreting information

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects up to 30 lb.
