We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills?, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. According to rules: include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for About the role (the "About The Role" paragraph). Responsibilities: we have "Key Responsibilities" with sub-bullets. Qualifications: we have "Qualifications" paragraph. Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: experience, attention to detail, communication, etc. Could combine into Skills section. Benefits: posting mentions "Success Academy offers a full benefits program and opportunities for professional growth." Also earlier: "Success Academy offers a full benefits program and opportunities for professional growth." Also "Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience." But we should not create Benefits section unless specific content. There's mention of full benefits program, but not details. Is that enough? The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Success Academy offers a full benefits program and opportunities for professional growth." That's specific enough? It's a statement but not detailed. Might be considered substantive enough to include Benefits section with that sentence. Pay: we have "Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. This position is not bonus eligible. Compensation Range $90,000 - $100,000 USD". Also "Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience." The phrase "commensurate with experience" is filler? It says we should not include Pay section if content is just "commensurate with experience". But we also have a specific range $90k-$100k. So we can include Pay section with that range and note not bonus eligible. Schedule: no mention of schedule (full-time? not given). So omit Schedule. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting, but we can condense into lists but must preserve info. We need to include the mission description etc? The "About Success Academy" paragraph is part of the posting but not under a specific section heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should create sections for those headings only if content exists. The "About Success Academy" is more about the organization; maybe we could put that under "About the role"? But the instruction says About the role heading is for role description. The initial paragraphs about Success Academy mission could be considered part of "About the role" or maybe we could create an "About Success Academy" section but not in allowed headings list. The instruction says use those headings; we could still include other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, but likely they want only those headings. Safer to stick to those. So we can put the introductory mission description under "About the role" as prose. We need to include all substantive information: mission, growth, etc. Also the role description paragraphs. Responsibilities: we have bullet-like paragraphs under "Key Responsibilities" with subheadings: Network-to-School Coordination, Field Studies (School & Class Trips), School-Facing Events, AI-Enabled Continuous Improvement. We should turn each into
    • maybe with subheadings? Could embed headings inside li? Probably just list each responsibility as li. Could also include sub-bullets but not required. Qualifications: we have paragraph with bullet-like sentences. We'll make
      • for each qualification. Skills: we could extract skill statements: Experience managing budgets and vendor logistics, Experience workflow platforms preferred, Skilled in using Google Workspace tools and AI technologies, Strong problem-solving skills, Strong interpersonal and listening skills, High level of autonomy, etc. Could make a Skills section. Benefits: we have "Success Academy offers a full benefits program and opportunities for professional growth." Also earlier "Success Academy offers a full benefits program and opportunities for professional growth." Duplicate. We'll include one

. Pay: we have compensation range and note not bonus eligible. Also "Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience." We'll include that. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, privacy policy, etc. Remove those. Now craft HTML. Structure:

        About the role

... (mission description + role overview)

        Responsibilities

        • Network-to-School Coordination: Act as the bridge between central-office ("Network") teams and schools, ensuring school leaders receive clear, timely, and coordinated information and that Network initiatives are implemented consistently across schools. Own the academic calendar and operational planning sequence, coordinating inputs across central-office teams and communicating decisions, deadlines, and updates to schools. Own recurring school-facing communications, managing the cadence, content, and distribution channels that keep school leaders and staff informed of key decisions, deadlines, and updates. Serve as the primary liaison between schools and central-office teams for school-based media requests, including photo and video shoots.
        • Field Studies (School & Class Trips): Own the year-long Field Studies program end-to-end, from trip scheduling and school planning support through day-of logistics. Use and continuously improve existing AI-enabled planning, scheduling, and logistics tools as the Field Studies program scales. Manage the Field Studies budget and vendor logistics, including bus booking and toll payment workflows. Produce high-quality executive reporting on program performance against success metrics to inform strategic decisions.
        • School-Facing Events: Own execution of school-facing and network-wide events, including school tours, Excellence Awards, and Commencement & Gala, coordinating across schools, the Creative/communications team, and central-office partners. Lead the AI-enabled redesign of tour coordination, automating manual coordination while maintaining a high-touch experience for VIP visits. Manage the end-to-end workflow for gathering and reviewing Excellence Awards nominations in partnership with the Creative/communications team. Ensure every event reflects Success Academy standards for quality, preparation, and follow-through.
        • AI-Enabled Continuous Improvement: Use AI to streamline repetitive coordination, communications, scheduling, data validation, and reporting. Identify manual, duplicative, or error-prone processes across both functions and redesign them, building clear quality checks and escalation points into workflows. Use data to diagnose recurring operational challenges, forecast needs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and student outcomes. Document workflows and standard operating procedures so processes are system-dependent rather than person-dependent and can scale reliably across schools.

        Qualifications

        • Bachelor’s degree required.
        • 4-6 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related field, with a track record of owning work end-to-end.
        • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of excellence, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to school leaders, executives, and central-office teams.
        • Experience managing budgets and vendor logistics.
        • Experience with workflow platforms preferred.
        • Skilled in using Google Workspace tools (e.g., Sheets, Docs, Slides) and AI technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
        • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adjust to changing priorities.
        • Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and schools.
        • High level of autonomy, accountability, discretion, and judgment.
        • Mission-driven, with a commitment to educational equity and strong outcomes for students.

        Skills

        • Experience managing budgets and vendor logistics.
        • Experience with workflow platforms (preferred).
        • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and AI technologies.
        • Strong problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
        • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
        • High autonomy, accountability, discretion, and judgment.
        • Mission-driven commitment to educational equity.
But note we already listed many of these in Qualifications; might be duplicate. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we split qualifications and skills, we may duplicate content. Better to combine qualifications and skills into one section? But we need sections only when posting has real, specific content. The posting has a "Qualifications" section with bullet-like sentences. It also mentions skills within that. We could keep Qualifications as is and not create separate Skills unless there is distinct skill content not already covered. The posting does not have a separate Skills heading; but we can still create a Skills section if we can extract skill-specific info not already in Qualifications. However, to avoid duplication, maybe we omit Skills section and just have Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can omit Skills. Benefits: we have statement about full benefits program and opportunities for professional growth. That's specific enough. Pay: we have compensation range and note not bonus eligible. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Now craft About the role paragraph: combine introductory mission description and role overview. We need to include all substantive info from the beginning: "Thanks for your interest in Success Academy! Running a large, fast-growing, and high-performing network of public charter schools takes a village - families, children, teachers, staff and faculty, advocates, and supporters alike. We are growing fast in New York and expanding to Florida, and we would love to welcome you to our community! About Success Academy The mission of Success Academy is to reimagine public education. From the classroom to the halls of government, this means finding profoundly different approaches to how we structure, implement and support learning. We re-conceive every aspect of school design, from writing rigorous new curricula to drawing regularly on the advances in technology and business that are transforming every sector except education. Over the past decade, Success Academy has grown faster than any charter network in the nation, building a vibrant network of 59 elementary, middle and high schools. Our over 20,000 children – mostly poor and minority – are out-performing students at top city and suburban schools across New York State. Within the next decade, our goals are even more ambitious, bringing transformational change here and across the country. Within this mission, the Schooling Program & Services organization brings together the shared capabilities required to operate a network of world-class schools within a single, clearly organized structure. Across every pillar, the organization is grounded in disciplined execution, defined KPIs, strong data systems, and AI-enabled processes that reduce repetitive work and allow teams to focus on judgment, analysis, and decision-making. We are seeking a Specialist, Events & Project Management (internally titled Specialist, K–12 Schooling Office) to join the Schooling Office within Schooling Program & Services. This individual contributor will own several core areas of work, including Field Studies, Network-to-School coordination and events, and the academic calendar. The role carries significant ownership and autonomy, with responsibility for driving these workstreams from planning through execution. About The Role Reporting
